Participation in the Face of Eastwing Competition / Southeast Aviation Summit 2026 is subject to the following terms and conditions. By registering for the competition, all participants agree to comply fully with these rules.
Participation is strictly open to non-aviation students only. Students currently enrolled in any aviation institute, including Eastwing Aviation Institute, are not eligible to apply or participate at any stage of the competition. Any participant found to have misrepresented their academic status will be disqualified immediately, regardless of the stage reached.
Training sessions for the competition may be conducted both physically and virtually (online), depending on logistics and scheduling. However, participants who attend training virtually are not eligible to emerge as winners of the competition. Only participants with physical attendance throughout the required stages will qualify for final consideration and winning positions.
Certificates of participation will be issued strictly to participants who attain a minimum of 95% physical attendance across all compulsory training sessions, screenings, and summit activities. Attendance will be monitored and documented, and failure to meet this requirement will result in forfeiture of certification.
All participants are required to appear at the Southeast Aviation Summit venue dressed in formal black and white attire. This dress code is mandatory and reflects the professional standards of the aviation industry. Participants who fail to comply with the dress code may be denied access to the summit venue.
To qualify for participation at the Grand Finale, each shortlisted candidate must attend the event with at least two parents or guardians. This requirement is compulsory and intended to ensure transparency, accountability, and family involvement in the empowerment process. Failure to meet this condition may lead to disqualification from the Grand Finale.
All participants are expected to maintain proper conduct, discipline, and respect throughout the duration of the competition. Acts of misconduct, indiscipline, disrespect to organizers, trainers, judges, guests, or fellow participants will result in immediate disqualification.
Participants are responsible for providing their own writing materials, notebooks, and basic learning tools for all training sessions and assessments. The organizers will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items brought to the venue.
Participants must adhere strictly to all instructions given by the organizing team, facilitators, and security personnel at all times. Failure to follow laid-down instructions may affect a participant’s progression in the competition.
Use of alcohol, drugs, or any prohibited substances during training sessions, excursions, screenings, or summit activities is strictly forbidden. Any participant found in violation will be disqualified without appeal.
Recording, live streaming, or unauthorized distribution of training materials, internal sessions, or screening processes without prior approval from the organizers is prohibited.
The organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, venues, training formats, or any aspect of the competition where necessary, with timely communication to participants.
The decision of the judges and organizing committee at all stages of the competition is final and binding.
By registering and participating in the Face of Eastwing Competition / Southeast Aviation Summit 2026, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
